Americans are tired of divisive ideological politics, which is why Xenu has reached out to Republicans, Democrats and Loyal Officers to find areas of common ground. He has tried to break partisan logjams and take on seemingly intractable problems. During his tenure in Washington and in the Galactic Confederacy, Xenu has accumulated a record of bipartisan success.
As president, Overlord Xenu will implement a 22nd century economic agenda to help ensure that America can compete in a galactic economy, and ensure the ruling class is thriving and growing. He will increase investments in infrastructure, energy independence, education, and research and development and a surplus amount of lulz;
modernize and simplify our tax code so it provides greater opportunity for his administration to increase their paychecks; and implement trade policies that benefit American corporations and increase the export of Americans and their jobs.
Overlord Xenu has been a leader in the Galactic Confederacy in pushing for a comprehensive galactic energy policy and has introduced a number of bills to get us closer to the goal of energy independence. By putting aside partisan battles, he has found common ground on body thetans, renewable volcano fuels, and clean atomic/coal hybrid DC8 space planes.
[1] Xenu (also Xemu) according to Scientology founder (and speculative fiction writer) L. Ron Hubbard, was the dictator of the "Galactic Confederacy" who, 75 million years ago, brought billions
of his people to Earth in DC-8-like spacecraft, stacked them around volcanoes and killed them using hydrogen bombs. Scientology holds that their essences remained, and that they form around people in modern times, causing them spiritual harm.
Members of the Church of Scientology widely deny or try to hide the Xenu story.
These events are known within Scientology as "Incident II", and the traumatic memories associated with them as The Wall of Fire.
The story of Xenu is part of Scientologist teachings about
extraterrestrial civilizations and alien interventions in Earthly
events, collectively described as space opera by Hubbard. Hubbard detailed the story in Operating Thetan level III (OT III) in 1967, warning that this material was "calculated to kill (by pneumonia etc) anyone who attempts to solve it."
Criticism of the Church of Scientology often includes details of the Xenu story. The Church has tried to keep Xenu confidential
but critics say the story should be made public, given the high prices
charged for OT III, part of Scientology's secret "Advanced Technology"
doctrines taught only to members who have already contributed large
amounts of money to the organization.
The Church avoids making mention of Xenu in public statements and has
gone to considerable effort to maintain the story's confidentiality,
including legal action on the grounds of both copyright and trade secrecy. Despite this, much material on Xenu has leaked to the public, largely via the Internet.
[2] In the Church of Scientology, the Marcab Confederacy is said to be one of the most powerful galactic civilizations still active. Church founder L. Ron Hubbard describes it as:
Various planets united into a very vast civilization which has come
forward up through the last 200,000 years, formed out of the fragments
of earlier civilizations. In the last 10,000 years they have gone on
with a sort of decadent kicked-in-the-head civilization that contains
automobiles, business suits, fedora hats, telephones, spaceships — a
civilization which looks almost an exact duplicate but is worse off
than the current US civilization.
The capital of the Confederacy is said to be "one of the tail stars of the Big Dipper", probably Alkaid, a star 108 light years distant from Earth. The Marcabians used to rule Earth at some point in the past but lost control of it due to "losses in war and other things".
